SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Great care is put into packaging all deliveries. I use multiple cushioning layers and sturdy boxes to withstand the rambunctious trip from Aubrey, Texas to your home.

Items that are damaged in transit are unfortunate but not uncommon. I will attempt to correct and/or replace the shipment as soon as possible. If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to me right away. 

Return & Exchange Policy

At Rock Hill Design Co, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations. As we provide proofs for customer approval before beginning production, returns for custom orders are not accepted.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Items on sale

 

Conditions of return:

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
